MACRODRY RINZAFFO P-R®

MACRODRY RINZAFFO P-R by SEICO COMPOSITI srl, is a pre-packaged anti-saline powdered rendering mortar, composed of lime and natural pozzolans, siliceous aggregates selected in the appropriate grain size, in a continuous curve.‎ The special and original modification of the lime with specific pozzolans, water-repellent and pore-forming inorganic compounds, allows high breathability characteristics to be maintained.‎ It does not contain any form of clinker, nor free lime, nor salts that can trigger harmful reactions, with the formation of Ettringite and Thaumasite.‎ The binder contained in this mortar is a hydraulic lime, obtained by cold mixing calcium hydrate [Ca(OH)2], of the highest quality, obtained by calcination, at low temperature (approximately 850-900°C), of pure limestone and micronised natural pozzolans of different specific surface areas and energy.‎ The special binder gives the mix excellent adhesion to the substrate, considerable elasticity (low elastic modulus), very high breathability, high resistance to alkaline aggression and the formation of mould and bacteria.‎ Mortars for structural repair - The systems have fluid, expansive and thixotropic micro mortars with superior mechanical strength.‎ The fundamental qualities that this type of mortar features are high mechanical performance combined with superior ductility.‎ The high proportion of synthetic microfibres in the compound, combined with polymers and micro-silica, enables their use in the reconstruction and re-profiling of structural elements when preparing substrates and protecting applied systems.‎ The products from the specifically designed lines BETONTIX, BETONCOL and OSMODRY belong to this category.‎
