Softicated DINNER BOX Wooden sideboard with doors

Entirely made of walnut or oak, Dinner Box sideboard will bring a raw kind of strength, nearly of organic nature, to any space.‎ With a personality of its own, this sideboard will bring comfort to a living-room or dining-room and needs no adornment on or around it: it is a statement in itself.‎ Its shape has been thought of as a Bento Box in which one can easily and precisely store silverware, dishes, table linens or glass-ware.‎ The true beauty of this design lies in its details: tone-on-tone set squares, made of oak or walnut and positioned on the side-board’s doors, gently smooth out the angles into gentle curves.‎  For Cyril Rumpler: “This is furniture for a family, generous, timeless, ideal centrally positioned in the main living area: hallway, lounge or dining room.‎ For its design, I was inspired by the design of the Bento box, the lid of which is a key element, as is the top of the cabinet; the handles were inspired by the characteristic shape of the architect's set square.‎ The curved lines and absence of right angles impart a certain finesse in this sideboard.‎ The base and the top are symmetrical.‎ The handles in the shape of a set square create a unique signature in this piece.‎ The elegant base reflects the curved design of the furniture and ensures perfect stability.‎ This highly functional furniture incorporates four elements, including four independent folding doors.‎ Three sections with adjustable shelves and one section consisting of 3 drawers without handles, which open by simply gently pushing on the desired drawer.‎ Combined, these elements optimise storage possibilities.‎ The Dinner Box sideboard reflects the woodworking traditions of Europe, where it is made.‎" Finishes The furniture is made of wood veneer and solid wood: walnut or oak.‎ Matt and gloss finishes are available.‎ In addition to the wood, the legs can be personalised in gold-plated stainless steel or polished stainless steel.‎
