WAVE
Sound absorbing wooden ceiling panels
Wave is a false ceiling made of platforms with the function of absorbing the noise and, thanks to its modularity, of creating pleasing architectural effects (it can be flat, wave, zigzag or based on the project of the designer), it can be assembled easily and disassembled without damaging its parts and without using glues or silicone.
This false ceiling is made of square boards 1280 mm x 1280 mm and it can be flat, concave or convex, made out of wooden shaped profiles ready for the assembly, considering that they reach the place of installation already assembled. The (patented) connection supports are made out of steel.
Each panel of the false ceiling is easy to open thanks to an intuitive, patented interlocking system that allows a rotation. All the components of Wave are treated to resist wear.
The panels of Wave are provided with sound deadening insulation consisting of polyester panels which are already layed and fixed on every panel, 20 mm thick and they are coated by sound deadening material with 16 mm thick MDF drilled on the front and milled on the back, type 28/4 (28 mm mill spacing and 4 mm of mill width).
On the back of the panels, there's a non-woven fabric.
On request we can apply an image or a logo.
The panels of Wave are edged in ABS with a thickness of 2 mm. It is possible to have a linear or curved stripe of Led lighting between a squared panel and the other:
Linear lighting: it is a LED lighting composed of single elements of 1300 mm, with a linear outline.
Curved lighting: it is a LED lighting composed of single elements of 1300 mm, with curved outline, with the same radius as the concave and convex panels.
In both versions, the lighting is composed of LED strips of 240 LED / meter -24 volts- 19 watt /meter. The price includes an adequate quantity of power supplies. All the material is certified and in compliance with the latest safety standards.
A series that consists of sound-absorbing suspension elements in the form of modular platforms with almost total coverage of the ceiling whose panels reach the place of installation ready for assembly. Each element can be chosen in a flat, concave or convex version, thus giving shape to unusual compositions that give character to the interior.
