Stone International TURAPORI® Primer

TURAPORI® is a single-component, transparent acrylic primer with a high degree of penetration on the substrate.‎ FIELDS OF USE Turapori® is suitable for treating cementitious material surfaces that require an excellent final coating based on our Acquafloor 2K.‎ TURAPORI® is also used as a primer on porous substrates.‎ Its special formulation, characterised by an extremely fine particle size together with the low viscosity of the product, allows it to penetrate the substrate consolidating and stabilising the absorption of the treated surfaces.‎ TURAPORI® is easy to apply, adhering perfectly to the support and leaving a perfectly transparent layer.‎ Since it is a water-based product, it is completely non-toxic and can therefore be used indoors without any special precautions; it is also widely used on chalking paints as it alters the colour of the treated areas only slightly.‎ APPLICATION Turapori is ready to use, it is however recommended to shake it before use, it is applied by roller, the surfaces to be treated will be sanded and cleaned so that there is no dust that could hinder the adhesion of the product, given its low viscosity it is possible to pour the product on the ground and also apply it by means of a "spreader".‎ The formation of microfoam during application is completely normal and does not affect the success of the work.‎ After drying, you can proceed with the final treatment using our Acquafloor 2K polyurethane finish.‎ TECHNICAL DATA Appearance: Liquid Solids content: 15% (ISO 3251) Yield: 50-80 gr/sqm depending on the porosity and absorption of the substrate.‎ Dilution: Ready to use.‎ Viscosity: at 23°C, mPa.‎s (Brookfield, 20rpm) (ISO 2555) 80 mPas Specific weight: 1.‎04 Kg/lt.‎ (ISO 2811) Particle size: < 40 nm (ISO 13321) Further info from manufacturer on TURAPORI® Stone International
