SVELT MODUM SYSTEM - Пожарная лестница

Modum is a unique and innovative Rapid Evacuation System.‎ It consists of anodised aluminium ladders which, when not in use, remain closed and look like an eaves gutter, camouflage themselves and do not "dirty" the aesthetics of the building façade.‎ Each ladder remains fixed to the wall of the building in a stable, discreet and "invisible" manner.‎ In the event of an emergency, the staircase opens in a few seconds by operating an opening hinge.‎ If the building has several storeys, the Modum System is equipped with a staircase with the same number of accesses as the number of storeys.‎ The System allows anyone to access the staircase from any floor, opening with a single gesture all the staircase sections below to form a single ramp down to the ground.‎ Two different people can access the staircase from, for example, the 2nd and 4th floor.‎ If the staircase is opened on the 4th floor, the person accessing the section on the 2nd floor will find the staircase already open and can descend in turn.‎If the building has several floors, the Modum System is equipped with a staircase with the same number of accesses as the number of floors.‎ The system allows anyone to access the staircase from any floor, opening with a single gesture all the staircase sections below to form a single ramp down to the ground.‎ Two different people can access the staircase from, for example, the 2nd and 4th floor.‎ If the staircase is opened on the 4th floor, the person accessing the section on the 2nd floor will find the staircase already open and can descend in turn.‎ TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Rung profile: mm 34x31 Load capacity: Kg 500 per metre Dimensions of closed ramp: mm 83x47 Rung pitch: mm 300 Internal ramp width: mm 398 Weight per metre: Kg 3,15 STANDARD EQUIPMENT Anodised aluminium construction Simple assembly Labels and user and maintenance manual Test certificate according to Italian regulations In the event of an emergency, the staircase opens in seconds by operating an opening hinge.‎ If the building has several floors, the Modum System is equipped with a staircase with the same number of accesses as the number of floors.‎ The System allows anyone to access the staircase from any floor, opening with a single gesture all the staircase sections below to form a single ramp down to the ground.‎ Thanks to the anti-intrusion system, the staircase can only be opened from each floor down to the ground but not upwards: it therefore prevents the possibility of opening the staircase from the ground or from any floor to break into the upper floors.‎ Caution: Modum SYSTEM is not a substitute for fire escapes required by current regulations.‎ It can only be used as an optional system for private buildings up to 24 metres high at the eaves public and private buildings in possession of a CPI (Fire Prevention Certificate) that are not required to have fire escapes regulated by current legislation.‎
