TEMPO TECH S Scaffolding structure The TEMPO TECH S Scaffolding consists of a few easy-to-transport components which can be used in standard or special configurations with overhangs, extensions, widenings, for all types of access required.‎ The TEMPO TECH S Scaffolding is available in two widths: m 0.‎74 (S) and m 1.‎35 (L), with lengths from m 2.‎00/2.‎50/3.‎00.‎ The max.‎ load capacity is 200 kg/sqm (including 2 persons - shelves and ladders excluded).‎ On request Tempo Tech can be purchased with a pre-assembled quick opening/closing base: Automatic Base Optional.‎ This allows for convenient immediate use up to 4.‎00 m.‎ UTILISATION SYSTEMS Connecting catwalks: connecting catwalks between two Tempo ladders: up to 3 m in length, standard decks can be used.‎ From 3.‎5 to 9 m in length special aluminium walkways with guardrail are required.‎ Tempo L: Tempo L mounted with offset shoulders for use on bleachers, theatres, stadiums, etc.‎ Tempo with overhangs: tempo with overhangs for use on balconies.‎ COMPONENTS The Tempo Tech scaffolding is equipped with a 1 m protective railing consisting of 2 end shoulders and 2 quick-assembly guardrails.‎ The large working platform allows comfortable and safe working.‎ Each intermediate landing must be fitted with guard rails.‎ Adjustable threaded legs of 40 cm with adjustment ring (15 cm and 70 cm on request) allow the scaffolding to be used on uneven ground, hailstones or pavements.‎ The ring nut allows millimetric micro-adjustments.‎ Legs and wheels can be inserted into any shoulder that can serve as the base of the scaffolding.‎ Lightweight and very strong, they consist of an aluminium support structure and a weatherproof and non-slip painted wiremesh wooden deck.‎ They are of 2 types: with a passage hatch equipped with an opening hook and without a hatch.‎ Four foot stops complete the floor, preventing objects from falling on all four sides.‎ A windproof hook secures the floor to the entire structure.‎ TRAVERSE BLOCKING HOOKS Aluminium castings complete with quick-release catches automatically lock onto the tubular structure.‎ The design of the hook allows a contact surface of more than 225° for a perfectly rigid scaffold.‎ The hook head is reinforced, making the aluminium casting highly resistant to impact.‎ The type and length of the crossbar is stamped on the head for immediate recognition.‎ SWIVEL WHEELSWITH BRAKE Top-quality eccentricswivel castors with polypropylene anti-fingerprint tyres and foot brakes.‎ Diameters of 125, 150 or 200 mm.‎ These wheels ensure great stability and comfort of movement even on slightly uneven terrain.‎ They are tested and comply with European UNIEN1004 standards.‎ They fit onto the legs with a simple press.‎ STABILISATION BRACKETS Tempo Tech is stabilised by means of 4 sturdy extenders that widen the base, which can be applied by means of clamps with quick-mounting washers.‎ They are of 2 types: fixed or telescopic.‎ Grip on the ground is ensured by an articulated, non-slip knurled PVC foot.‎ A sticker indicates the correct positioning of the bracket.‎ Patented hot-melt joints firmly connect the steps to the uprights.‎ In addition, two additional opposing welds inserted in a special seat on the joint give ultimate solidity to this innovative mixed fastening system.‎ A windproof hook secures each platform to the rest of the structure.‎ Tempo is equipped with ø 50 mm diagonal and horizontal transoms.‎ These form the structure that prevents the scaffolding from twisting and bending, and are of three types: 2.‎00 m, 2.‎50 m and 3.‎00 m depending on the length of scaffolding required for specific ceiling or façade space requirements.‎ For quick identification and positioning of the crossbar on the coupling casting, the type D (diagonal) or O (horizontal) and the length (2, 2.‎5 or 3) is printed.‎ The 50 mm diameter step is non-slip knurled over the entire surface for a safe grip for hands and feet.‎ Pipe clamps secure the upper uprights to the lower uprights Adjustable telescopic legs and adjustment rings (detail).‎ The shoulders of the Tempo scaffolding have 30 cm centres between the steps.‎ The steps of the scaffolding serve as ladders according to UNIEN1004 standards (without the addition of internal ladders, which are purely optional).‎ The abutments can be 4, 5, 6 and 7 gr with heights of 1.‎20 m; 1.‎50; 1.‎80; 2.‎10 so that the desired height can be achieved exactly.‎ On request: abutments with 45 cm centre distance (Tempo 45 Italian standard).‎ The abutments of the Tempo scaffolding can be 1.‎35 m wide (L) or 0.‎74 m wide (S) depending on the space requirements.‎ Tempo Tech is constructed by welding the rung directly to the frame.‎ It can be assembled very quickly as it is made of an extremely resistant lightweight aluminium alloy: rust cannot corrode this material which is long-lasting (guaranteed for 5 years).‎ It is safe and suitable for heavy duty use.‎ Tempo Tech is modular to allow the user to adapt the scaffold for almost any job.‎ On request, the base can be a pre-assembled one-piece package (called Folding Base) for easy use, storage and transportation which can reach a working height of 4 m.‎ Tempo Tech is available in two models, 0,74 m wide (S) and 1,35 m wide (L), and three lengths, 2,0/2,5/3,0 m.‎ 4 braked castors Ø 150 mm (Tempo Tech L).‎ 4 braked castors Ø 125 mm (Tempo Tech S).‎ 4 adjustable legs 400 mm.‎ 4 stabilisers.‎ 2 base horizontal braces.‎ 4 diagonal braces for each span with the corresponding frames (Tempo Tech L).‎ 2 diagonal braces for each span with the corresponding frames (Tempo Tech S).‎ 1 protection railing.‎ Working platforms: Lightweight and extremely strong, it is made up of an aluminium frame and a wooden board which is non-skid and weatherproof painted.‎ There are 2 models, standard and with trapdoor with opening hook, and both have four toeboards to prevent tools falling during working.‎ A wind-lock clip fastens the platform to the structure.‎ All components can be repaired.‎ Stabilisers: 4 strong stabilizers widen the base and are hooked into it through easy assembling clamps with washer.‎
