Talenti ITACA Modular Accoya® wood garden sofa

Itaca is a modular outdoor sofa with a base in Accoya wood.‎ Itaca creates an oasis of relaxation where design meets classical inspiration.‎ It is the new collection designed by Carlo Colombo, inviting users on a sensory en plein air journey inspired by the Greek island of the same name, protagonist of the Odyssey.‎ Carlo Colombo brings the desire for inner peace to life through a collection with generous proportions, encouraging people to experience their outdoor spaces with elegance, comfort, and inspiration.‎ Through the kaleidoscope of creativity, Colombo interprets the concept of the island by focusing on 360° modularity, offering the possibility to create mirrored compositions in a full lounge style—an absolute novelty among the brand’s proposals.‎ The idea originates from a solid Accoya base, above which generously proportioned yet well-balanced cushioning is developed: an oasis that gradually takes shape through a system of interlocking elements, as if a fragmented group of atolls were coming together in the sea to form a single, lush island of pleasure.‎ The Itaca sofa extends without boundaries; its changeable nature makes it configurable according to the available space and the style of the surrounding environment.‎ In this way, the company envisions a sofa that “reflects” upon itself, suitable for both residential and contract settings and customizable in every detail.‎ Equally fundamental is the pairing of materials: to reinforce the original concept and evoke the collection’s natural essence, wood and stone are chosen for the structural components, with color variations defined by their combination with the fabrics—material-rich textiles that play a leading role.‎ The Accoya bases, available in natural or rosewood finishes for dining or coffee tables, are completed in all their sinuosity by refined marble tops—classic and never banal Carrara white, or the more distinctive Titanium Travertine, with smoky tones ranging freely between greige and deeper brown hues.‎ Bold, eye-catching patterns further enrich the collection through the choice of decorative cushions, available in endless sizes for fully bespoke personalization.‎ Itaca is a complex family of products, capable of enhancing this shared aesthetic harmony.‎ While the modular sofa is the element that gave life to the project, the collection is complemented by armchairs, living and lounge pieces, monolithic tables, chairs, and sunbeds, creating coordinated and complete environments.‎ This flexible design reflects the brand’s vision—dedicated to meeting every functional and aesthetic need—once again embracing users in an experience of refined and welcoming comfort.‎ Further info from manufacturer on ITACA Talenti
