EVERCEM TOP SEAL is a non-toxic, clear, breathable water-repellent, which extends the lifetime of concrete, natural stone such as sandstone, marble and granite, paving, bricks and wood.‎ EVERCEM TOP SEAL protects the treated surfaces from rain, salts, oils and chemicals, which over the years can damage the surface; this product also helps to protect the surface from the proliferation of mould and algae.‎ EVERCEM TOP SEAL should not alter the colour or texture of the treated surfaces, leaving a clean natural finish, breathable and water repellent.‎ EVERCEM TOP SEAL can be used as water-repellent protection against deterioration of concrete and cementitious surfaces, as a decorative architectural finish, sealing of bricks and blockwork, natural stones such as granite, marble, sandstone and wood.‎ A single coat of TOP SEAL to stone or concrete surfaces forms a clear invisible layer that will completely repell water, seal and waterproof the surface.‎ It can be used as water-repellent finish after the application of EVERCEM DPS or EVERCEM WOOD.‎ Advantages of using EVERCEM TOP SEAL EVERCEM TOP SEAL is water-based and non-toxic; It requires only one coat and does not create a film; Leaves a clear, natural finish; Does not alter the colour, texture or other physical characteristics of the treated surfaces; Surfaces that have been reated can be cleaned with water; UV Resistant Reduces efflorescence; Reduces freeze-thaw damage; Reduces algae or mould growth; Prevents water staining on stone cladding and paving; Has a very long durability.‎ Recommended on: All concrete and cementitious structures; Decorative architectural finishes; Bricks, blockworks and porous stone materials.‎ How to apply TOP SEAL Do not dilute or mix EVERCEM TOP SEAL with other liquids.‎ Use only as supplied; The use of an excessive amount of EVERCEM TOP SEAL can, in some cases, alter the colour of the surface.‎ Always do a test before application; One coat application; Make sure the surface to be treated is dry; Do not apply to glass, glazed surfaces or aluminium because etching will occur.‎ In case of accidental contact with the product, rinse immediately with water; Shake well before use and apply using a manual or engine-powered backpack sprayer (max 5 bar); Apply on walls starting from the bottom up; On floors, apply EVERCEM TOP SEAL so that the surface has a mirror wet look.‎ Do not allow ponding; TOP SEAL is not meant to fill or seal visible cracks; Apply only on clean surfaces.‎ In the presence of grease or oil, use an appropriate detergent and wait for it to dry completely; TOP SEAL can be walked on after 4 hours from application.‎ Keep dry for at least 72 hours for curing; Clean equipment with water.‎ Technical data Form: Colourless, clear liquid Flash point: Non flammable Specific gravity range : 1.‎04 Odour: None Solubility in water: Complete Toxicity: Non-toxic; Dilutent: Use undiluted Packaging: In 1, 5, 10 and 20 litre containers.‎
