Tubes GRID BAGNO Electric aluminium towel warmer

Designed by Elisa Ossino, GRID BAGNO is an electric towel warmer that interprets the radiator as an equipped surface dedicated to the bathroom environment.‎ Made of recycled and recyclable aluminium, it is characterised by a thin radiant panel whose surface is punctuated by a pattern of circular openings that defines the graphic rhythm of the design and allows for the integration of accessories.‎ Available in all 140 colours of the Tubes portfolio and in two sizes, it can be installed either vertically or horizontally, adapting to different architectural configurations.‎ The design is inspired by the equipped walls of workshops and laboratories, reinterpreted in a contemporary way for the bathroom.‎ Hangers, towel rails, shelves and mirrors can be freely positioned on the radiant surface, allowing customised configurations to be created according to functional and aesthetic requirements.‎ All accessories are available in Tubes' 140 colours and 15 galvanic finishes, which can be easily coordinated with the taps and fittings and metal details of the room.‎ In addition to enhancing its compositional capacity, the accessories extend the functions of the Towel warmers, offering practical solutions for hanging towels and organising small everyday objects.‎ GRID BAGNO is available exclusively in an electric version, either 220/240 V or very low voltage 24 V, a solution that allows it to be installed safely even near water, for example over a bathtub or inside a walk-in shower.‎ The Elements collection is the expression of a desire to eliminate stereotypes and pre-established industrial design processes.‎‎ In a society that is free from conditioning, objects - whatever kind they may be - can “release themselves” too; that is to say, they can eliminate technical aesthetics and undergo design modifications.‎‎ So freeing a radiator from its valves and position these at a distance of as much as six metres, thanks to a patented built-in unit, is equivalent to freeing it from its typical technical appearance.‎‎ This brings about new possibilities of interpretation of form according to aesthetic-intellectual rules that differ from previous ones.‎‎ For this reason, along with the Basics and Extras collections, the company introduced the Elements collection, created by architects and designers of international renown.‎‎ Elements becomes a “container of ideas” where the designers are called upon to create radiators that are more closely linked with the aesthetics of the home, where the sensual warmth of heating products is integrated into the architectural space with the same dignity and importance in project terms as other contemporary interior decoration elements.‎‎ Further info from manufacturer on GRID BAGNO Tubes
