Copertura aggraffata metal sheet is manufactured by UNIMETAL.‎ The term 'vertical double standing seam' or 'double standing seam system' denotes a type of longitudinal joint of the strips or sheets located outside the water flow plane.‎ This joint is rain- and snow-proof without the need for any other measures.‎ Fastening is done indirectly by means of tongues placed inside the seams and by means of hooking profiles along the ends of the heads of the slabs.‎ The tongues are divided into fixed, sliding and long-sliding.‎ The pre-profiled strips can be placed in place with a radius > or equal to 10-12 m without prior centring, below which calendering with specific machines is required.‎ Genus roofing has no limits of use, it can be applied both on new buildings and in re-roofing where a roof made with old systems, such as Eternit, needs to be restored.‎
