The innovative formulation enables masonry and plastering to be produced quickly.‎ Pre-packed mortar with guaranteed performance used for making internal and external plaster, load-bearing walls and partitions, sealing plumbing and/or electrical pipes, laying shower trays and sanitary ware.‎ YIELD - 1 m³ of ready-mixed mortar is equivalent to approximately 68 25 kg bags; - 18 Kg x m² x cm of plaster; - 22 Kg x m² of brickwork 12x12x24.‎ PACKAGING Bastard mortar is supplied in 25 kg bags on 2-way pallets, for a total of 1500 kg (equivalent to 60 bags).‎ APPLICATIONS MaltaBASTARDA VAGA is ideal for: - the construction of internal and external plasters, in compliance with UNI EN 998-1 "MALTE PER INTONACI INTER INTERNI ED Esterni", classification CS IV.‎ - the construction of load-bearing masonry and partition walls made of bricks or cement blocks; the product complies with: - UNI EN 998-2 "MALTE PER MURATURA", classification M5; - D.‎M.‎ 14/01/2008 "New technical standards for constructions"; - the realisation of mortars for masonry, also load-bearing, in seismic areas, with reference to the Order of the President of the Council of Ministers (O.‎P.‎C.‎M.‎) no.‎ 3274 of 2003 "technical regulations for constructions in seismic areas", and no.‎ 3431 of 2005 "further integrations to O.‎P.‎C.‎M.‎ no.‎ 3274 of 2003".‎ - the sealing of plumbing and/or electrical pipes; - the laying of shower trays and sanitary ware.‎ PRODUCT PREPARATION AND APPLICATION Mix MaltaBASTARDA VAGA with 3.‎0÷3.‎5 litres of clean water per bag, taking care to use the entire contents of each bag.‎ For correct mixing, we recommend using a mechanical mixer (concrete mixer, auger mixer, etc.‎).‎ Mixing is considered complete when a homogeneous mixture is reached.‎ Do not prolong mixing beyond 3 minutes.‎ After mixing, apply the product within a maximum of 30÷40 minutes.‎ Before applying the product, always make sure that the substrate is clean, free of crumbling parts, oils, grease and anything else that may compromise the adhesion of the mortar.‎ In the case of temperatures above +30°C it is advisable to moisten the substrate or bricks.‎ The product can be applied BY MACHINE AND BY HAND.‎ For machine application, consult the relevant document available on the website.‎
