VENINI FISCHIONE Blown glass decorative object

Fischione is an ornament made of cut blown glass.‎ The male has darker feathers, while the female features bright accents of colour, but they both have a skilfully ground black head.‎ The two wigeon specimens designed by Toni Zuccheri don’t mind people looking at them.‎ They rest peacefully, waiting for attention.‎ Colors: Black Barene / Black / Straw Toni Zuccheri’s travelling companions: animals have given life and soul to the splendid glass works of this artist.‎ The decoys used by hunters to attract real ducks, normally made from straw, wood and tar, become precious objects when formed from rods of different coloured glass, masterfully ground to shape.‎ Numbered edition for year Further info from manufacturer on FISCHIONE VENINI
