The GÀBIA cabinet, designed by Pep Gramage, evokes the essence of Japanese shutters: vertical, sober, and serene. Its solid structure contrasts with the visual lightness of the slatted front, which filters light and casts shifting shadows. More than a simple storage space, it is a domestic altar of calm and order, capable of transforming the atmosphere around it.
GÀBIA invites silence and delicacy. Inspired by Japanese architecture and kumiko, it balances light and shadow, fullness and emptiness. The mango wood lattice filters light, suggesting without exposing, marking rhythms of contemplation. Each piece breathes serenity, modulating space and proposing an intimate, attentive, and essential way of living, where beauty emerges from what is only hinted at.
