Wood and rope garden chair with armrests
Kenda Chair, designed by Michael Graves Studio for Yaaz is a project of small architecture in which wood, rope and aluminum interact to create a seat that showcases the great construction capacity. The tactile texture of the wood defines the upper part of the backrest, representing a flowing and enveloping element that appears to be held in balance by an intriguing system of manually pulled and tensioned ropes. Craftsmanship and industry meet in a fascinating and functional design that adds a value to the living spaces.
