Alias E LA NAVE VA SOFA - 02B 3 seater fabric sofa

E LA NAVE VA SOFA / 02B is a three-seater sofa composed with curved oak multilayer slats; structure in veneered beech plywood and feet in stove enamelled die-cast aluminium.‎Seat and cushions covered in fabric or leather.‎ The slats are tied with a band with removable cover in the same finish of the seat.‎ Atelier Oï joins the team of Alias designers with their sofa “e la nave va” (literally, and the ship sails on).‎ The journey of search and the constructivist approach of the Swiss designers goes well with the DNA of Alias, a company that has always given priority to construction principles over formal design requirements.‎ The structure of the sofa uses a system of visible slats inspired from the construction of wooden boat hulls: elastic ribs support the cushions and are secured to two wooden rails suspended on stylish aluminium feet.‎ Further info from manufacturer on E LA NAVE VA SOFA - 02B Alias
