ALUBEL 28 is an integral Metal corrugated sheets system for roofs of buildings with a minimum slope of 7%.‎ It is also suitable for the renovation of old roofs.‎ The ALUBEL 28 system is easy and quick to install.‎ It is characterised by excellent walkability, and can be processed by notching, calendering, micro-pressing and controlled deformation to make it suitable for application to curved surfaces.‎ It can also be integrated into complex technological packages and solutions that enhance its insulating performance.‎ In fact, specific solutions for thermal and acoustic insulation can be applied to the sheet with the addition of anti-condensation, anti-noise and anti-condensation/noise panels.‎ ALUBEL 28 has a Certificate of Technical Suitability from the CNR (National Research Council) ITC (Institute for Construction Technology).‎ FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS SIMMETRIC PROFILE ALUBEL 28 is a symmetrical profile: this means incredible flexibility when arranging packages, installation and waste recovery.‎ OVERVIEW OF ONE AND A HALF CRYSTALS The overlap of one and a half criss-crosses is probably the most important feature, as it is the best guarantee of tightness even on low slopes.‎ HIGH MACHINABILITY The symmetrical profile, combined with the development of high-tech machinery, allows incredible workability of the profile.‎ HIGH PEDESTRIANABILITY The special corrugation of the corrugations has been designed to optimise the walkability of operators on the roof.‎ WIDE RANGE OF ACCESSORIES A real system of accessories has been created specifically for ALUBEL 28, simplifying the work of the installer.‎ PROCESSING ALUBEL 28 symmetrical corrugated sheets are obtained by a cold process from strips of natural or pre-painted aluminium, copper, stainless steel or pre-painted steel.‎ In all cases, these are highly selected metal alloys and materials to guarantee long life and complete weatherproofing in all conditions of use.‎ Installation is by lateral overlapping of one and a half frets, with screw fastening on wood, metal and wall supports.‎ Anti-condensation, anti-noise and anti-condensation/anti-noise panels can be installed for enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation performance.‎ Whichever metal is used, the ALUBEL 28 system is always an articulated system, but with coordinated components that can always be combined thanks to the same profile and the variety of assembly and installation devices.‎ In addition to straight sheets suitable for cladding inclined roofing surfaces and vertical planes of varying widths in façade restoration, the ALUBEL 28 range includes curved calendered sheets with single or multiple vaulted shapes and with a radius of curvature from 6 m to 40 m extended even to only part of the sheet as is the case with domed or partially curved systems.‎ Curved impression slabs, with equally spaced ribs, achieve a remarkable architectural effect and give the slab superior mechanical strength, with any radius of curvature up to a minimum of 25 cm.‎ Partially curved slabs with the mechanical impression technique make it possible to enrich the production range and adapt the elements even to old, pre-existing structures or to create internal and external connections between vertical, horizontal and inclined components.‎ In controlled deformation slabs with a single indentation, the moulding process realises a slope variation in the slabs up to an angle of 75°, without altering the strength or continuity of the protective layer.‎ The variety of connections allows any type of connection between adjoining slabs to be made in the factory, in flat, notched, moulded, curved, controlled-deformation, hinged and ventilated versions, suitable for functional or complementary applications for the roofing sector and for any variant of cladding on exterior or interior walls using the ALUBEL 28 system.‎ Approx.‎ weight prepainted steel sheet 6/10 5.‎80 kg/m2 Approx.‎ weight prepainted aluminium sheet 7/10 2.‎40 kg/m2 Approx.‎ weight copper sheet 6/10 6.‎70 kg/m2 Minimum slope for use 7 % Material prepainted steel, prepainted aluminium, copper, stainless steel, zinc-titanium Optional applications: anti-condensation panel, anti-condensation panel + noise protection
