ATS 101 PRIMER ECO ATS

PRIMER ECO ATS is a transparent, two-component epoxy primer in water emulsion, designed to create a bonding base for subsequent treatments, providing high performance as a sealer and consolidant for industrial concrete floors.‎ The advanced formulation of PRIMER ECO ATS combines leveling agents and adhesion promoters, ensuring low viscosity and a high degree of penetration, making it ideal for improving the durability and resistance of treated surfaces.‎ Key Features:  High Penetration: Thanks to its low viscosity.‎  Versatility: Applicable on damp surfaces and not fully cured concrete.‎  Ease of Use: Simple preparation and application with common tools.‎  Improved Mechanical Properties: Consolidates the treated surface and creates a bonding base.‎  Application Characteristics: PRIMER ECO ATS is ideal for industrial concrete floors, where it seals and consolidates the surface, increasing resistance to wear, abrasion, and improving overall mechanical properties.‎ It is also highly resistant to various chemicals, making it perfect for industrial environments.‎ Application Method: Product Preparation: Pour component A into component B and mix thoroughly using a drill with a mixing paddle.‎ Gradually add clean water until the desired viscosity is reached (maximum dilution of 150% on COMP.‎ A+B).‎   Application: Apply PRIMER ECO ATS using a long-pile roller or fleece, generously wetting the surface and crossing the strokes for full coverage.‎ Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, free of oils and greases.‎ If too dry, moisten it before application.‎  Conditions: Apply on damp surfaces and floors without a vapor barrier at temperatures above 10°C.‎  Tool Cleaning: Clean rollers, spatulas, brushes, and equipment with ethyl alcohol, epoxy solvent, or nitro solvent before the product dries.‎
