Benisouk ALMAS – CLARITY Hand-knotted shag rug

ALMAS – CLARITY is a hand-knotted, deep-pile rug made by Benisouk.‎ A high-pile rug in natural ivory wool with a scattered diamond field, hand-knotted at our atelier in the Middle Atlas.‎ Small lozenges are distributed across an open ground, knotted in relief so the pattern reads in texture rather than colour.‎ The pile is soft and deep.‎ No added dye.‎ The wool is selected for fineness, then spun and knotted over several weeks.‎ The rug gains weight and density with use.‎ Available with a backing suited to hard floors.‎ Further info from manufacturer on ALMAS – CLARITY Benisouk
