Benisouk COASTAL LIGHT – HAZE Hand-knotted shag rug

COASTAL LIGHT – HAZE is a hand-knotted, deep-pile rug made by Benisouk.‎ A high-pile rug in pale blue and grey wool, hand-knotted at our atelier in Mrirt.‎ The ground reads as a soft, washed blue, closer to sea mist than pure colour, with the pile catching light unevenly across the surface.‎ The wool is dyed in a light wash before spinning, keeping the tone open rather than saturated.‎ Small variations in shade are part of the piece, not a flaw.‎ The pile settles gradually with foot traffic and keeps its pale tone over time.‎ Available with a backing suited to hard floors.‎ Further info from manufacturer on COASTAL LIGHT – HAZE Benisouk
