Benisouk NASSIJ – SOLACE Hand-knotted shag rug

NASSIJ – SOLACE is a hand-knotted, deep-pile rug made in Benisouk.‎ A high-pile rug in undyed natural wool, hand-knotted at our atelier in the Middle Atlas.‎ The pile is dense and even, rising four to five centimetres from the base weave.‎ No dyeing process, no added material: the wool is sorted, spun and worked in its raw state, as it comes from the fleece.‎ Over time, the pile compresses under furniture, then gradually recovers its original volume.‎ Available with a backing suited to hard floors.‎ Further info from manufacturer on NASSIJ – SOLACE Benisouk
