Benisouk NOUJOUM – SCATTER Hand-knotted shag rug

NOUJOUM – SCATTER is a hand-knotted, deep-pile rug made in Benisouk.‎ A high-pile rug in natural wool with small, star-like marks spread across the ground, hand-knotted at our atelier in the Middle Atlas.‎ The marks are irregular in placement, breaking up the field without forming a fixed pattern.‎ The pile is deep and soft.‎ No added dye.‎ The marks are knotted in a slightly darker natural tone, drawn from the same fleece as the ground.‎ The pile holds its density well and softens gradually with use.‎ Available with a backing suited to hard floors.‎ Further info from manufacturer on NOUJOUM – SCATTER Benisouk
