BANGLE
Leather sofa with removable cover
A bracelet turned sofa, a fashion icon transformed into contemporary furniture. Bangle, designed by the creative CONTROVENTO team (Gabriele Chiave, Mauro Martinuzzi, Giulia Zia), is inspired by the similarly named circular jewel to create an piece that embraces, welcomes and surprises. The oversized tubular frame, a stylistic hallmark with a strong identity, wraps around the seat like a precious ornamental element, carrying with it all the rebellious charm of the 1970s. A decade that broke the mould with irony, sensuality and expressive freedom – values that live on today in Bangle through a bold yet perfectly balanced formal language. Bangle is a versatile modular seating system that pays tribute to Busnelli's heritage, reimagining several iconic traits from the brand’s most renowned creations in a contemporary key, most notably the tubular metal structure, emblematic of the distinctive design language of the ’60s and ’70s.
Timeless craftsmanship and quality merge in a contemporary design where nothing is left to chance. Made with premium and sustainable materials, including fine leathers and textured fabrics, every detail of Bangle is designed to be exclusive, durable and luxurious. Comfort meets Italian manufacturing mastery for a result that is both bold and welcoming.
Bangle is not just upholstered furniture – it is a manifesto of style: a fusion of retro aesthetics and contemporary minimalism, of geometry and softness, of memory and innovation.
