The Beltech® Mini lifting platform is the perfect solution for moving with greater freedom, in your own home or in any public place; born as a lifting platform for overcoming architectural barriers, it is now the ideal solution for all low-traffic buildings without a lift.‎ This system allows architectural barriers to be overcome with minimal overall dimensions (the pit is only 130 mm, which can be optionally reduced to 100 mm, while the headroom is 2500 mm).‎ Beltech® Mini guarantees very low power consumption: it is connected to the mains via a normal 230 V single-phase socket, and its electric motor has a rated power of just 0.‎52 kW, less than a common household appliance.‎ The cabin lights are LED with automatic switch-off.‎ All these devices have allowed Beltech® Mini to be certified, in its standard configurations, in energy class "A " according to ISO 25745 standards.‎ CEAM Beltech® Mini features the revolutionary flat polyurethane belt drive of the CEAM Beltech® lift: this system guarantees first-class quiet operation and minimises vibrations transmitted to the building.‎ In addition, it requires no lubricants, which is good for environmental sustainability.‎ As standard, the Beltech® Mini is equipped with an automatic return-to-floor device in the event of a power failure, so that passengers can be freed should the power fail.‎ It can be optionally equipped with a supplementary power supply system, which allows up to 10 rides in the event of a power failure.‎ The installation of the Beltech® Mini lift is incentivised by various tax concessions (all details can be found on the dedicated website).‎ The Beltech® Mini domestic lift can also be installed in a metal structure compartment, either inside or outside buildings.‎ The metal structure, as well as all Beltech® Mini interior fittings, can be aesthetically customised to suit the architectural context of installation.‎ The range of materials and finishes available for the cabin is particularly wide, with as many as 29 possible aesthetic choices for the cabin panels alone.‎ Technical characteristics Conforms to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC Speed: 0.‎15 m/s (as per standard) Load capacity: 250-385 kg (2-3 persons) Maximum travel/stroke: 15 m / 6 Manual or automatic 2 or 3-leaf doors Turnkey" installation The CEAM Partnership Group, thanks to its long experience in the field and specially trained technicians, is able to install Beltech® Mini with a "turnkey" solution, including the metal turret that forms its travel compartment.‎ The aim is to reduce customer inconvenience, especially in renovations and when installing the mini-lift in existing buildings.‎ Tax benefits Current regulations provide tax benefits and contributions for the installation of MiniLifts, in the case of eliminating architectural barriers and renovations.‎ In particular, FOR EVERYONE: - 4% preferential VAT (Presidential Decree 633 of 26 October 1972) - 36% tax deduction in case of renovation (50% until the end of 2019 - Law 145 of 30 December 2018) FOR THE DISABLED: - non-repayable contribution according to Law 13 of 9 January 1989 - 19% IRPEF deduction (Presidential Decree 917 of 22 December 1986) For full details, see the dedicated website.‎ Minimal masonry work in renovations The CEAM Beltech® Mini lift platform requires little space for installation (13 cm pit and 2.‎5 m headroom): this feature, combined with the possibility of installing this system in indoor or outdoor metal structures, makes it the ideal solution for any type of renovation.‎ Aesthetics Beltech® Mini's finishes can be chosen in a wide range of solutions, to adapt it to any style of the building where it is to be installed.‎
