PERGONOVA - PERGOTENDA IN PVC is a pvc pergo-tent, with sloping or floor-level guides, custom-made for protection from sun and rain (but not suitable for snow load), leaning against a building.‎ It consists of an aluminium frame and a tarpaulin with a packet closure, with a radio-operated motorized system.‎ The canvas is made of 3-layer Opatex fabric, which is insulating, waterproof, hail-resistant and windproof.‎ It is moved on guides (section 5×9 cm) by means of sliding trolleys with 6 offset wheels with a maximum load capacity of 450 kg/cad.‎ The toothed transmission belt inserted in each guide, with fully covered strands to withstand even saline environments, is driven by a pulley and a single transmission shaft to guarantee the homogeneous advancement of the fabric.‎ The tensile breaking load of each belt is 894 kg.‎ The pvc pergola system is driven by a gearmotor (electric drive) with the possibility of radio control.‎ Pergonova is custom-designed, the pvc shade - once opened - compacts to ¼ of the roof surface area.‎ Main features - Epoxy powder coating, Qualicoat certified cycle; - AISI 304 stainless steel fittings.‎ Aluminium protective canopy.‎ - Wind resistance guaranteed up to grade 8 on the Beaufort scale in the tilted version and up to grade 6 in the flat version (over class 3 - UNI EN 13561).‎ Optional features on request - Anti-drip system; - Electrowelded pvc profile on the upper part of the sheet for lateral retention of rainwater complete with spray protection profile; - Fixed eaves with extruded aluminium profile fixed to the end pipe for rainwater collection, only for sloping versions.‎
