Marble and steel table
For Conte Casa, Etereo presents Ophelia, a collection that explores the tension between organic softness and structural precision. The name evokes a form that opens and offers itself — a blossoming gesture translated into architectural presence. In this collection, the fluid lines of petals are reinterpreted as solid volumes. The dining table unfolds into three large petals in Fusion quartzite, where the dynamic veining becomes a tactile narrative of geological time — a surface shaped by pressure, sediment and transformation. The base, crafted in acid-etched steel, introduces a refined industrial counterpoint. Its sculptural curvature supports the mineral mass with controlled strength, creating a dialogue between engineered precision and natural irregularity. The steel’s textured finish softens its rigor, allowing the structure to appear both grounded and fluid. The chair is conceived entirely in leather, emphasizing material continuity and comfort. Its enveloping silhouette echoes the floral gesture of the table while translating it into a more intimate, tactile dimension. The bed introduces a deeper material layering. The structure in brushed bronze establishes warmth and solidity, while Armani Casa textiles add softness and refinement. Integrated bedside tables in onyx, together with a vertical onyx detail embedded in the headboard, introduce a luminous mineral accent that enhances the architectural rhythm of the piece. Ophelia is defined by contrast: delicacy meets permanence; curvature meets structural clarity; natural inspiration becomes enduring form. Each element expresses a balance between sensuality and monumentality, transforming floral suggestion into sculptural presence. With Ophelia, Etereo and Conte Casa articulate a vision in which material is not decorative, but foundational — a medium through which grace acquires weight, and beauty becomes architecture.
