CUF Milano LAMBRATE

Lambrate is a modular metal structure but also a locker system, a bookcase with or without doors and an aggegate desking system, all in one.‎ Lambrate is a modular and reshapeable metal structure whose "compositional rhythm" is generated by a 3D modular grid having as its basic module the 40x40 cm square, intended as a minimum compositional element, both in base, elevation, and depth.‎ All structural parts are made through the use of 20x20 mm metal box, appropriately shaped and welded using laser-tube technology; while the boxes, shelves, storage trays, drawers, wastebasket/umbrella holder and various accessories are made of metal sheet of congruous thickness for the purpose, laser-cut, appropriately stamped and press-folded, in order to obtain the element or component part of the designed element.‎ Very few basic elements are capable of generating an almost infinite series of configurations.‎
