The DIMCAR model cyclostation comes in a basic module measuring approximately 400x300 cm.‎ It consists of a load-bearing structure formed by vertical support uprights and upper perimeter crossbars made of galvanised tubular steel with a square section mm 80x80.‎ At the base, the structure is equipped with upright connecting cross-pieces, also made of galvanised tubular steel with a square section of 80x80 mm.‎ The roof consists of frames made of galvanised sheet metal and galvanised steel profiles with appropriate gradation, and upper covering panelling in insulating material.‎ Covering the roof is a perimeter band, made of galvanised sheet metal, prepared for the possible affixing of graphics at the customer's request (graphics not included).‎ The Cycle Station can be supplied with side cladding modules in no less than 5 different types: Transparent shatterproof glass cladding 4+4 mm thick with galvanised steel frame; Transparent compact polycarbonate cladding with galvanised steel frame; Smooth insulated cladding for affixing any graphics (not included); Cladding in galvanised sheet metal; Cladding in exclusive Resysta rice fibre profiles.‎ The Cyclostation is equipped with internal lighting using LED technology, integrated into the roof frame.‎ The system consists of individual lighting panels and is prepared for connection to the public network.‎ Entrance door with an opening of approximately 120 cm made of galvanised steel profiles and anti-shatter glass infill.‎ The entrance is controlled by an electronic lock with RFID badge opening.‎ The entrance is equipped on the inside with an exit handle, which is independent of the electronic system.‎ The basic finish for the metal parts of this product consists of two colours, specifically "gunmetal grey" for uprights and structural frames, and "RAL7001 silver grey" for perimeter frames.‎ The customer may however request a different finish, to be chosen from the RAL colours available.‎ The painting technique adopted for the galvanised steel structure is thermosetting powder with oven baking.‎ Built in compliance with the current EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 standard.‎ Total width approx.‎ 450 cm; Total depth approx.‎ 350 cm; Total height approx.‎ 330 cm; Useful height approx.‎ 290 cm; Number of bicycle parking spaces approx.‎ 8 (with Tandem bike rack code 911).‎ Constructed in accordance with current standard EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 for mandatory application as of 1 July 2014 as a structural steelwork element.‎ Further info from manufacturer on DIMCAR DIMCAR
