DRACOFLOW LS

DRACOFLOW LS is an expansive binder based on cements and water-soluble polymers specially designed for the preparation of grouts and rheoplastic and rheodynamic self-compacting concrete (SCC), which is shrinkage-compensating and high performing.‎ Its formula provides superior pumpability, cohesion and no bleeding.‎ The resulting mixtures have high mechanical strength even in case of fast curing, high chemical resistance and extended durability.‎ DRACOFLOW LS does not require any other admixtures.‎ Advantages: Shrinkage-compensating concrete, both in the plastic and hygrometric state, provided that it is cured in a humid environment for at least 2 to 3 days, and it is suitably reinforced; Concrete resistant to chemical attacks in the natural environment, sulphates, chlorides, carbon dioxide etc; Highly flowable non-segregating concrete with very low water/cement ratios, easy pumpability and application, no bleeding; Concrete with very high initial (at approx.‎ 1 day > 20 MPa) and final (at 28 days > 65 MPa) mechanical strength; The special binder DRACOFLOW LS is free from chlorides, sulphates or other substances which may attack the reinforcement steel; DRACOFLOW LS does not contain any expansive agents based on metal aggregates.‎ Uses: DRACOFLOW LS is used for the production of expansive self-compacting concrete with very high mechanical strength;  DRACOFLOW LS is used for the production of non-segregating shrinkage-compensating concrete; DRACOFLOW LS is used for the production of concrete to be casted for the repair of highly deteriorated structures or cross-section increase; DRACOFLOW LS is also used for the production of grouts for consolidation injections, if mixed with water only.‎
