SEAL-X XP is a trowelable mastic to be used in combination with VOLTEX DS CR and ULTRASEAL XP hydro-active waterproofing membranes, as a complementary product to the application for surface preparation, levelling and finishing.‎ Using hydrophilic XP polymer technology, SEAL-X XP expands on contact with water and creates a watertight barrier in both freshwater and high-salinity water conditions.‎ SEAL-X XP has the consistency of a thick paste, is easy to apply by trowel or trowel and adheres tenaciously to most construction materials.‎ SEAL-X XP has been formulated for use on concrete, masonry and most metal surfaces.‎ Advantages: Safety at critical points; Chemical stability; Easy to apply.‎ Ideal for: Sealing, by grouting, of joints such as pipes, reinforcing bars, pillars, connection elements, slabs and projections in elevations and their control/construction joints.‎ Grouting of irregularities in the substrate prior to the application of VOLTEX DS CR and ULTRASEAL XP membranes.‎ Reinforcement grouting at membrane overlaps or filling of edges, corners and joints between horizontal and vertical surfaces that are difficult to "band" by the membranes.‎
