Faresin Formwork ALUFORT

The ALUFORT aluminium system is composed of a series of props, with falling heads, that support a structure of aluminium panels connected by means of beams with toothed profiles.‎ All the elements that make up the system are very light and therefore allow for manual handling, for greater speed and smoothness.‎ The closures along the perimeter are made with wooden compensations supported by Faresin ALUFORT elements such as: fixed head, combined head, falling head bracket.‎ The wooden compensations around the pillars will instead be supported by compensation profiles.‎ The advantages of ALUFORT compared to traditional ones: - the use of fewer props (in fact, a single panel covers an area of 3.‎375 m2.‎); - the possibility of reusing panel elements and toothed beams already a few days after casting (this depends on the thickness of the slab and the consistency of the concrete) thanks to the falling head; - the saving in laying and dismantling times; - the possibility of using both ALU UP2 and high-capacity props.‎ Further info from manufacturer on ALUFORT Faresin Formwork
