The soft refuge that welcomes you at any time.‎ Cocoon is an embrace of gentle contours and fine materials.‎ It is an exploration of style, expressed in the harmonious curve of its armrests and backrests, and in the refined leather or fabric side panels.‎ It is evolved modularity, for custom configurations.‎ And it is technology too, thanks to the breathable 3D fabric that lines the frame, ensuring a perfect air exchange.‎ Model available in two seat heights: H 40 cm and H 44 cm.‎  FRAME  Base panel made of low-formaldehyde emission chipboard (25mm thick) with slotted openings to promote air circulation.‎ The base is covered in black 3D fabric made of 100% polyester coupled with 5mm polyether, the shape of which supports the slots to further promote air circulation across the entire contact surface.‎ Armrest and back panels made of 12mm Elliottis pine plywood, consisting of multiple layers bonded with water-resistant phenolic glues that comply with the Carb II TSCA standards.‎ The entire panel is covered in 100% polyester velvet, heat-bonded to 5mm of polyether foam, secured to the base with epoxy-powder-coated metal brackets using the hardware provided.‎ Removable fabric covers.‎  PADDING  Seat made of D45SR non-deformable shaped foam covered with "eggshell" padding, 65% polyester and 35% cotton with separate crossed chambers, fi lled with a blend of 70% sterilised goose down and 30% silicone-coated virgin polyester staple fibre.‎ Back in non-deformable shaped D25S foam sheet covered with “eggshell” padding, 65% polyester and 35% cotton with separate crossed chambers fi lled with a mixture of 70% sterilised goose down, ensuring legal compliance, and 30% with 100% siliconised virgin polyester fl ock.‎ Armrest in non-deformable shaped D18S foam sheet covered with “eggshell” padding, 65% polyester and 35% cotton with separate crossed chambers fi lled with a mixture of 70% sterilised goose down, ensuring legal compliance, and 30% with 100% siliconised virgin polyester flock.‎  FEET  In ABS, 47 mm high, non-visible, with non-slip rubber feet.‎  LEATHER PANELS  Regenerated leather is a composite material primarily consisting of ground leather fibres (60 >< 80%) mixed with a binder such as natural latex or polyurethane with a natural leather-like finish.‎ The regenerated leather is attached to the padded back and armrest panels with perimeter stitching using thread matching the leather colour and edges coloured in the same finish.‎ The panels are secured to the base with epoxy-powder-coated metal brackets using the screws supplied.‎ Further info from manufacturer on COCOON Felis
