Kyoto is a small world of relaxation resting on a slim, solid wooden base.‎ The padded volumes, shaped with elegantly rounded corners, fi t together seamlessly, creating a sense of quiet softness.‎ Its modernist-inspired style defines a modular system with countless confi gurations, all devoted to the pleasure of formal purity and refi ned simplicity.‎  FRAME  Base panel made of 25mm low-formaldehyde emission chipboard, compliant with the EN13986:2005 standard, with slotted openings in the thickness to promote air circulation.‎ The entire panel is covered with 100% polyester velveteen, thermally bonded to 8mm of polyether foam.‎ The armrests and backrest are made of 18mm low-formaldehyde emission chipboard, compliant with the EN13986:2005 standard, and 18mm Elliottis plywood, consisting of multiple layers bonded with water-resistant phenolic glues that comply with the Carb II TSCA standards.‎ The infi ll panels are made of wood fi bre and solid fi r from sustainably managed forests, secured to the base panel with threaded rods and bolts.‎ Pre-drilled holes are present for the backrests and armrests.‎  PADDING  The entire padding is made with non-deformable polyurethanes free from SVHC substances and certified non-toxic.‎ The seat cushions are made of non-deformable, contoured polyurethane foam, density D45.‎ Covered with 300g 100% polyester layer thermally bonded to 100% polyester needle punching.‎ The armrests are made of non-deformable, contoured polyurethane foam, density D30.‎ Covered with 200g 100% polyester resin bonded to 100% polyester mesh.‎ The backrests are made of non-deformable, contoured polyurethane foam, density D18/20SS.‎ Covered with 200g 100% polyester resin bonded to 100% polyester mesh.‎  FEET  125mm high metal legs, painted matte black with epoxy powder coating and featuring non-slip rubber pads.‎ Height-adjustable central feet made of clear polycarbonate.‎ Further info from manufacturer on KYOTO Felis
