Ferrimix FZ200 THERMIX

FZ200 THERMIX is the radiant finishing screed with high thermal conductivity that optimises the performance of the entire radiant floor heating system (also cooling), favouring better and homogeneous heat transmission in the rooms to the advantage of better comfort and habitability.‎ Fibre-reinforced and non-shrinking, it allows the creation of surfaces of up to 150 m² without joints and reinforcement nets, to the benefit of improved quality and safety of the flooring.‎ Suitable for laying any flooring (ceramic tiles, parquet, etc.‎), it is dry in just 10 days in the minimum thickness of 3 cm for laying parquet.‎ Resistant to compression (250 Kg/cm²), it does not require the addition of thermo-plasticising additives; it is easy and safe to lay using traditional site equipment.‎ It can be pumped with subfloor pumps.‎ It is ideal for laying on radiant panels for underfloor heating systems.‎ Fields of use - Indoor finishing radiant screeds for underfloor heating systems, including those of the lowered type (specific for renovation).‎ - Screeds in general for indoor use, including those of low thickness (≥ 3 cm).‎ - Finishing screeds for the installation of moisture-sensitive/resilient flooring (parquet, PVC, linoleum, rubber, etc.‎) and non-sensitive flooring (ceramics, etc.‎).‎ - Shrinkage-resistant screeds for the installation of large-format flooring (ceramics, stone, slabs, tiles, etc.‎).‎ - Suitable for all radiant floor heating systems.‎ Not suitable: - Screeds in outdoor areas.‎ - Screeds exposed to water and/or moisture (both direct and rising damp)
