FINSTRAL
FIN-PROJECT NOVA-LINE
Aluminium and wood window
FIN-PROJECT NOVA-LINE aluminium-wood
All-glass design.
Always a PVC core
The window core is composed of a high-performance PVC profile welded at the corners: it insulates perfectly, is easy to maintain and durable. Since we do not use foam, the window is always 100% recyclable.
The best insulating glass
At FINSTRAL we produce the insulating glass ourselves, using the best glass on the market and high-performance spacers welded into the corners. Perfect insulation, maximum light transmission, aesthetics down to the last detail: this is the FINSTRAL standard.
The thinnest profiles
These windows have the thinnest profiles in their category: to make the most of the natural light in the interior and enjoy a wider view, without sacrificing thermal insulation.
Wood from our own processing
We only use high-quality softwood and hardwood from sustainably managed forests for our profiles. From the raw wood to the finished frame, we take care of every stage of production ourselves - planing, finishing, profile construction and painting.
Aluminium perfection
Aluminium is durable, recyclable and offers a wide choice of colours and surfaces. FINSTRAL develops and manufactures the aluminium cladding itself so that it always perfectly matches the shape of the window.
Always with median gasket
The median gasket co-extruded with the PVC nosing protects the hardware from moisture and dust. The nosepiece provides additional burglary protection, making access to the hardware and lifting the sash more difficult.
Uncompromising security
The mushroom-head cams are arranged around the entire perimeter, at a maximum distance of 85 cm. Glass firmly bonded to the sash profiles provides additional burglary resistance. Additional security fittings are optional.
Glued instead of shimmed
At FINSTRAL we always glue the glass to the sash profile. The gluing technique gives the window more stability and improves its functionality. Operation is more comfortable and the window requires minimal maintenance.
SYSTEM A78
FINSTRAL's A78 door system is characterised by its clean, uncluttered design. The sash, which is concealed by the applied panels, is uniform and straightforward.
The sash profiles and gasket edges are not visible from the outside. The system has excellent thermal insulation properties, bringing the frame insulation value Uf to 1.8 - 1.6 W/m²K. The door thus achieves an overall insulation value Ud of 1.4 W/m²K.
Decorative glass, stainless steel applications and aluminium sheets are available to customise the appearance of FINSTRAL doors. The possibility of different colours between frame and door or between the inside and outside of the door allows for interesting colour combinations.
FEATURES
FINSTRAL's A78 door system is characterised by a number of valuable system details:
high stability and excellent functionality thanks to the 78 mm width of the frame and the high thickness of the profiles
the panel design on the outside of the door leaf is particularly suitable for panelled doors
excellent thermal insulation performance due to 30 mm thermal break in PVC and polyamide - frame insulation value Uf = 1.8 W/m²K
additional thermal insulation integrated in the frame further improves the frame insulation value to Uf = 1.6 W/m²K
triple seal between sash and frame and double seal in the sill area
thermal break threshold with protection against driving rain
high quality panels, consisting of a 36 mm thermal break element, covered on both sides with a 3 mm aluminium sheet - insulation value of the panel Up = 0.95 W/m²K
Glass front doors are fitted with the latest generation of low-emission glass, consisting of toughened safety glass on the outer side and laminated safety glass with high thermal insulation glass spacers on the inner side - insulating value of glass Ug = 1.1 W/m²K
The new FINSTRAL window and door-system FIN-Project is setting new standards in manufacturing of aluminium windows.
Intense development has produced a combination of two well-proven materials: the insulating qualities of the PVC-profiles situated at the core of the window, combined with the advantages of high-quality aluminium, which requires low-maintenance. These two materials merge into an innovative product, which sustainably enhances living comfort and reduces energy consumption.
