Gardeco Objects ODOODEM Bronze sculpture

Odoodem I and Odoodem II are striking bronze sculptures by Belgian artist Guy Buseyne, inspired by the concept of totems.‎ The term ‘totem’ originates from the Native American Anishinaabe people, who use totems to define roles and responsibilities, and to connect generations within clans through shared wisdom and knowledge.‎ A totem may represent a supernatural being, an object or animal with which a clan feels strongly connected.‎  Odoodem I and Odoodem II offer a modern interpretation of this concept.‎ They represent both individual and collective identities, illustrating how we learn from and with one another, shaping society across generations.‎  The definition of luxury is always in flux.‎ Different eras in history and different cultures have always valued the bronze material above all else.‎ Bronze sculptures are not just beautiful but tell a wider story of craftmanship and authenticity.‎ Further info from manufacturer on ODOODEM Gardeco Objects
