The PS2 Floor Panel is suitable for creating floors and roofs with reinforced concrete joists, offering lightness, significant advantages in terms of insulation, and quick assembly.‎ It is an industrialized EPS panel consisting of a self-extinguishing expanded sintered polystyrene slab, appropriately shaped (two hollow blocks per panel) with a joist spacing of 60 cm and a joist width of 10 cm, with a density of 15 kg/m³.‎ Standard width of 120 cm and variable hollow block height.‎ Reinforced with 2 metal meshes composed of 20 longitudinal galvanized steel wires (1 per side) and transverse wires with a pitch of 75 mm and a diameter of 2.‎5 mm, continuously manufactured by electrofusion welding, connected to each other by through-steel connectors with a diameter of 3.‎0 mm at a rate of 67/m².‎ On-site completion involves the insertion of additional reinforcements within the joists and subsequent casting of concrete.‎ The PS2 Floor Panel is characterized by the following stratigraphy: - 5.‎0 cm thick concrete layer - 2.‎5 mm diameter galvanized steel mesh - Variable polystyrene hollow block panel - 2.‎5 mm diameter galvanized steel mesh - 3.‎00 mm diameter through-steel connectors - 2.‎5 cm thick plaster layer.‎ The entire structure is externally completed with traditional coatings.‎ Further info from manufacturer on PS2 FLOOR SLAB PANEL Greenwalls
