The PSCA Staircase Panel is an industrialized EPS panel consisting of a shaped slab of self-extinguishing expanded sintered polystyrene with a density of 15 kg/m3, with custom-cut height, tread, and number of steps, for a standard width of 120 cm.‎ It is reinforced with 2 external metal meshes (1 per side) continuously manufactured by electrofusion welding with a mesh of transverse wires with a pitch of 75 mm, composed of 2.‎5 mm diameter galvanized steel wires connected to each other by 3.‎0 mm diameter through-steel connectors.‎ The stair panel is characterized by its easy and quick installation, combined with particular lightness and structural resistance.‎ It is appropriately reinforced with the insertion of ribbed bar trusses in the designated spaces, which are then filled with concrete.‎ This panel is used for the construction of stair ramps to be externally completed with traditional plaster, tiles, or other materials.‎ Further info from manufacturer on PSCA STAIRCASE PANEL Greenwalls
