FONOSPHERA® - Звукоизоляционный и звукопоглощающий войлок из синтетического материала

FONOSPHERA® is a range of composites consisting of a layer of polyethylene with spherical caps coupled with other materials, varying according to specific acoustic insulation requirements.‎ Thanks to its structure, the product guarantees high sound absorbing and soundproofing capacities and avoids the occurrence of acoustic bridges during installation.‎ It offers excellent fire resistance characteristics, very low smoke toxicity and no dripping, allowing it to be used in numerous fields, from construction to industry.‎ The special manufacturing process also allows the composite to guarantee excellent performance with low thickness and weight, making it particularly suitable for airborne acoustic insulation and vibration damping on metal structures, fibreglass, plastic laminates, wood plywood and masonry.‎ The versions with aluminium protective film are MED-certified for use in the naval sector and particularly effective for the insulation of engine compartments, in "automotive" cabins, in machine tool housings, and in air conditioning and ventilation ducts.‎ Finally, to solve the problem of footfall noise, the FONOSPHERA® PV50 variant is available, indicated as underlayment.‎ THE FONOSPHERA®RANGE Fonosphera® is available in different variants, in which the thermoformed polyethylene layer with spherical caps is respectively coupled with: XB, mineral mass.‎ Ideal for airborne sound insulation; SF51, low-modulus polymer-based mass with mineral filler additive.‎ Particularly suitable for airborne sound insulation, certified fire class 1 (EN 13501 C-s2, d0); XB-20 TNT, TNT-protected polyester fibre.‎ Water-repellent and hydrocarbon-resistant, it is suitable for a variety of application requirements; XB-10 AL, polyester fibre protected by aluminium film.‎ Fire certified (RINA): IMO MSC 61 - Solas 74 - ISO 1716 and MED for the marine and nautical sectors.‎ The aluminium film protects against thermal radiation, water and oil vapours and moisture.‎ SF51-10AL, polyester fibre protected with aluminium film.‎ Fire certificate (RINA): IMO MSC 61 - Solas 74 - ISO 1716 and MED for the marine and nautical sectors.‎ PV50, TNT, low dynamic stiffness (20MN/M3).‎ Suitable as an underlay for footfall sound insulation, also for floating and heated floors.‎ SUPPLY The material is supplied in rolls or shaped to size.‎ An adhesive version is available on request.‎ USES INDUSTRY: Acoustic insulation - Marine sector, Industrial carpentry, HVAC - BUILDING: Acoustic insulation CERTIFICATIONS Marine market Fonosphera® 10AL MED/IMO Solas low flame propagation Building and Construction Fonosphera® SF51 EN 13501, Class C-s2,d0 Fonosphera® XB EN 13501, Class E TEST REPORTS SF51 Determination of thermal resistance according to EN 12667:2002 Determination of normalised sound insulation according to UNI EN 20140-10:1993 and UNI EN ISO 717-1:2007 Determination of the apparent dynamic rigidity according to UNI EN 29052-1:1993 Comparative measurement of sound insulation according to appendix C of UNI EN ISO 140-4:2000 PV50 Determination of the apparent dynamic stiffness according to EN 29052-1:1993 Comparative measurement of impact sound insulation in accordance with EN ISO 140-7:2000 Evaluation of the attenuation effectiveness of the impact sound pressure level
