POLIESTIC® is an open-cell flexible polyurethane foam with an excellent sound absorption coefficient and fire behaviour classified UL 94 HF-1.‎ Sheets, moulded parts, made-to-measure sandwiches: the Poliestic® family of expanded resins brings the solution to noise problems closer to the user.‎ Machines, tools, cabins and departments can easily be soundproofed with Poliestic composites.‎ Different surface protections and combinations of material layers with different mass weights customise the product to the specific application.‎ The ease of installation of POLIESTIC® parts makes it possible to attack the noise problem at its source with a decidedly favourable cost-benefit ratio.‎ Moreover, POLIESTIC® products are ideal for prompt remediation, with an immediate reduction in decibels detected in and outside the work environment.‎ POLIESTIC® is available in two qualities: - polyether base = PL 30 N - polyester base = PS 3000 POLIESTIC® is produced in sheets or rolls with a visible surface in different solutions: - flat - embossed - pyramidal.‎ Normal and adhesive design details are produced on request.‎
