Rectangular wooden pool table
A billiard table born from the collaboration between Hermelin Biliardi and Andrea Zambelli design. This extraordinary pool table suggests the concept of contemporary design and craftsmanship. It is made with two essences of wood: frisè maple and olive tree, together with etched brass sheets. Characterized by a sculptural design, Casablanca billiard table stands out for the beauty of the white maple inlaid with olive trees inserts. Each side has been hand carved and alternates organic and geometric shapes to evoke and recreate desert dunes. The truncated pyramid-shaped legs are made of maple with addition of hand-etched brass plates, and therefore different from each other. These unique shapes give the table a contemporary and dreamlike aesthetic. The contrast between materials and shapes makes the Casablanca pool table not only a functional object, but a real art work.
