ISOLITE VVA is a thermal insulation panel consisting of a rigid closed cell polyiso foam, expanded between two supports: that of the upper face in glass fiber added with mineral fibers (to be positioned on the side most exposed to fire risk) and that of the face bottom in saturated glass fiber.‎ The panels declare values of λD equal to 0.‎028 W / mK for thicknesses up to 60 mm, λD equal to 0.‎026 W / mK for thicknesses from 80 to 100 mm and λD equal to 0.‎025 W / mK for greater thicknesses, EUROCLASSE B s1 d0.‎ The panels have standard dimensions of 600 x 1200 mm and are available in thicknesses from 30 to 160 mm.‎ Applications with ISOLITE VVA: ventilated wall, roof with photovoltaic Isolite: polyiso foam boards manufactured with ozone-friendly blowing agents.‎ The foam is rigid, closed-cell, rot-proof and resistant to most chemical additives and high temperatures (up to 110 °C).‎ Isolite, available with different surface finishes, is among the best thermal insulators on the market, claiming a thermal conductivity value (λD) of up to 0.‎022 W/mK according to European standard EN 13165.‎ Some types of panels, being clad in aluminium, allow for total refraction of ultraviolet rays of sunlight on the roof, further increasing the thermal performance and, on the wall, they constitute an excellent vapour barrier.‎ Isolite is suitable for thermal insulation in hot roofs and cavity spaces.‎
