SC99 MACHINE TO DISENTANGLE AND LOAD STEEL FIBRES MACHINE DISENTANGLES HOMOGENEOUSLY AND LOADS automatically INTO THE READY-MIX-TRUCK The machine SC99/3, has been engineered and produced by our company.‎  It disentangles and loads fibres directly into the ready-mix-truck in the construction site.‎ We know very well that it is very important that fibres are distributed homogeneously inside the concrete mix to obtain a good fibre reinforced concrete.‎ For this purpose we have manufactured the SC99/3 machine that disentangles homogeneously fibres into the concrete mix and load the disentangled fibres on to downstream devices: i.‎e.‎ ready-mix-trucks, concrete plants and conveyor belts.‎ Please see the video “ Working process of the SC99/3 in the construction site”.‎ Machine SC99/3 speeds up considerably the introduction of fibres into the concrete; a full mixing truck can be loaded in 3 minutes only, as you can see from our video “Loading time in the construction site”.‎ The SC99/3 machine makes very easy to pump steel fibres, because their distribution is done homogeneously and avoiding “nests”.‎ It is also possible to place the SC99/3 side by side with the MD400 machine that doses fibres properly.‎ In this way, fibres are added into the mix in automatically and respecting the exact quantity of fibres the designer has set up.‎ SC99/3 machine has been entirely manufactured by our company, 100% Made in Italy with strong and quality finishings.‎ It is easy to carry, as it is folding and it takes little space, whereas wheels help moving it in the plant.‎ The following video “Instructions to install the machine” will help you setting the machine up.‎ We, also, inform you that the version DOSAPOL allows to load and disentangle polymer fibres, polystyrene and expanded clay.‎ You can see how it works looking at “Video on DOSAPOL operating mode” SC99/3 operating mode in the construction site:
