Macro synthetic structural fiber polifer 850.‎ It improves mechanical properties, tensile strength and lifetime of concrete.‎ MACRO FIBRE art.‎ POLIFER 850 – POLIFER 850 N Polymer fibre Polifer 850, for the cracks control and the structural reinforcement of concrete, is made of polypropylene with high density.‎ The result is an excellent adherence to hydraulic binders, it is water-proof, has a dimensional stability and an excellent resistance to alkalis, weather conditions, chemicals, mildews and to microorganisms.‎ Concrete reinforced with polymer fibres, called FRC (Fiber Reinforced Concrete) has an elastic behaviour, linear to the failure.‎ For this reason FRC is often used for industrial floors, precast elements , civil restoration and for face concrete.‎ APPLICATIONS Polifer 850 fibres are used for: precast elements (panels, precast elements, tunnels, etc.‎); Industrail floors either external or internal; housing Polifer 850 N fibres are mainly used for:  spritz beton.‎ CE CERTIFICATION Fibres Polifer 850 have a CE mark in compliance with requirements of the UNI EN 14889-2 (polymer) regulation.‎ The CE Certificate, the Conformity Certificate and the Performance Declaration of the Product are supplied with each delivery.‎
