Listone Giordano DÉSIR GRAPHIT G2 Oak parquet

DESIR GRAPHIT G2 - Special Edition Collection - Graphit, the wooden flooring created from an innovative production process, generated by the demand to give new life to several tons of graphite, coming from the processing of industrial plants, with related issues of time, space and annual disposal costs.‎ The act of recycling contributes to the virtuous model of the circular economy, which involves a gradual decoupling of economic activity from the consumption of finite sources and the design of waste out of the system.‎ The Atelier Désir collection reinterprets the harmonic proportions of narrow and long wood boards according to more traditional installation technique of ancient hardwood flooring.‎‎ Elegant slim boards of different lengths are laid in an original “woven” texture.‎‎   désir offers this special composition pattern in the exclusive Heritage finishes, softly heat-treated, to fully enhance the most authentic character of wood.‎‎   Finishes Oleonature Matt The matt appearance of the natural oils-based finish is a result of the combination with water based products.‎ Before finish application a special treatment is performed on the wood’s surface in order to remove the soft part of the wood and emphasizes the wood’s grain and authenticity highlighting the natural pores and fibres.‎ Easy maintenance and good resistance against wear and household liquids’ penetration.‎ This finishing features the anti-bacterial Crystalcare technology.‎ Grades Elegant Mixed grain.‎ The boards may feature colour variations and small knots.‎ In the extra wide boards (width from 140 mm and over), knots may even be filled or partially filled.‎ Further info from manufacturer on DÉSIR GRAPHIT G2 Listone Giordano
