Listone Giordano MEDOC ERICE Oak parquet

The Medoc® parquet embodies a synthesis of terms that are not always easy to reconcile: Aesthetics and Ethics, that is, External Beauty and Substance, Appearance and Essence, Surface and Pulp.‎ Medoc® Natural Genius is a parquet born from the pencil of Michele De Lucchi and Phillipe Nigro.‎ Its original and unmistakable trapezoidal shape is inspired by the tapering of tree trunks.‎ At the same time, Medoc's design creates a visual continuity with the old planks' “when it was still customary not to grind the boards so as not to waste wood unnecessarily”.‎ The imprecise saw cut on the surface (or saw plane) desired by the designers enhances the light effects, material sensations and three-dimensionality of Listone Giordano French oak.‎ The colour tones obtained through natural oil treatments give the Oak the appearance of a lived-in wood, simulating the effects of exposure to the climatic elements.‎ Finishes Oleonature Oleonature is the finish based on natural air-dried oils.‎ Thanks to a special protective treatment applied in the last coat, it is characterised by high protection and easy maintenance.‎ The finish adopts Listone Giordano's Crystalcare antibacterial technology.‎ Selections Esprit Mixed grain, natural unevenness of tone, marked and widespread presence of filled or open cracks, as well as adherent, consolidated or only partially closed knots.‎ Further info from manufacturer on MEDOC ERICE Listone Giordano
