This machine has been designed and built for the automatic or manual machining of CE and ERRE40 chamber connecting rods.‎ The mechanical movements for rod feeding and cutting are controlled by preinstalled software which contains various machining configurations, and customisation to meet specific customer requirements is possible on request.‎ The three basic functions of the machine consist of a hole, a slot and the cutting of the rod.‎ The power supplies are pneumatic and electric.‎ Once the rod is manually loaded, the commands are given via a 7" touch screen display installed in the protective casing.‎ The Machine is equipped with power, USB, Ethernet and 9-pin COM sockets for connecting the bar code reader (optional).‎ The Machine is composed of a solid sheet metal frame which, once disassembled, also serves as the housing for the machine body, so it is a lightweight piece of equipment that is easy to transport without the need for dedicated packaging.‎ The Machine is equipped with a conveniently replaceable drawer punch unit, fixed to the bench is the rod roll holder frame with the possibility of adding an additional roll holder (optional).‎ Further info from manufacturer on Macchina Taglia Astine MASTER ITALY
