NOISE LE DIFESE® SLIM 125

Le Difese® Slim 125 is the PVC sound-insulating and sound-absorbing barrier.‎ Slim125 is made up of an integral box profile with one perforated side, an internal soundabsorbing “mattress” and two end caps, which also have structural functions.‎ The panels are made using a single process: tubular extrusion.‎ The panels are customizable, cut to the desired size and perforated on one side.‎ The holes have diJerent diameters in order to maximize the sound-absorbing performance.‎ The PVC body is made of recycled plastic and a thin external surface film (skin) in virgin UV-resistant PVC, co-extruded to color the panel in the wide RAL range oJered.‎ The panels are stackable on site.‎ The alignment and acoustic seal are guaranteed by a continuously co-extruded male/female guide on the back of the panel.‎ The panels are equipped with internal longitudinal reinforcements to increase flexural resistance.‎ Excellent mechanical performance is instead guaranteed by internal stiJening honeycomb sections, obtained by co-extrusion, which also act as centering for the sound-absorbing mat.‎ End caps, equipped with a very robust X-shaped structure, are made by injection molding.‎ They also have a structural function to support the vertical load of the overlapping panels and simultaneously act as a template to maintain the correct geometry of the panel.‎ They are equipped with EPDM acoustic seal gaskets to couple with the barrier support profiles.‎ All the barrier components (panel body, end caps and internal sound-absorbing mats) are made with 100% recyclable plastic materials.‎ Among the first acoustic barriers in Europe to have EPD environmental certification.‎ The internal sound-absorbing mats are made of high-quality polyester fiber (PET) (made in Italy) from recycled bottles.‎ They can be made in diJerent densities and thicknesses depending on the performance required.‎ They are completely recyclable, self-draining and do not require protective treatments.‎ It is also possible to use rock wool and glass wool soundabsorbing mats (min.‎ thickness: 50 mm; density: ≥ 90 kg/m3).‎ Made with more than 90% recycled PVC Our sound-absorbing barriers are made of recycled PVC (>90%) from recovered products (shutters, windows, pipes, etc.‎) Fully recyclable “Le Difese® Slim125” is made of 100% recyclable plastic materials (panel body, end caps, sound-absorbing mats interiors).‎ Paintfree Finish NOISE Le Difese® Slim125 does not require any painting process: the coloring is obtained directly on the external “skin” during the burning phase.‎ This avoids the dispersion of paint traces into the environment both during the production and recycling phases, significantly reducing the environmental impact.‎ Acoustics – mechanics according to European standards NOISE Le Difese® Panel noise barriers meet European standards in terms of: acoustic, mechanical, long-term durability performance, stability requirements, general safety standards, environmental requirements and product specifications.‎ Further info from manufacturer on LE DIFESE® SLIM 125 NOISE
