NURITH PIVOT Subframe for shutters

PIVOT, made entirely of aluminium, is a wall-mounted counterframe that disappears completely underneath the FINESTRENURITH plaster.‎ The advantages are many: IT IS IDEAL FOR ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY INTERVENTIONS it allows the installation of wall-mounted hinge shutters with thermal insulation, reaching up to 160 mm in thickness; IT IS VERSATILE PIVOT can be used for both new buildings and renovations and adapts to any type of wall section and surface finish; IT IS PRACTICAL easily assembled on site and quick to install; it speeds up the assembly of the external shutters without the risk of breaking or damaging the edges of the wall; IT IS ECONOMICAL in the case of shutters on hinges to be walled in it eliminates the costs of hiring scaffolding, public land and installation.‎ In the case of shutters on frames, it eliminates the costs of the frame and any boarding and laying.‎ Typical masonry types for the application of Pivot in the case of masonry with thermal insulation:   Type 1" wall section Installation of PIVOT concealed roller shutters with 60 mm external thermal insulation coat When applying plaster or any coating, the only visible elements are the holes in the fishers into which the hinges will be screwed once the protective caps have been removed.‎ The PIVOT can adapt to any type of frame (aluminium, wood, PVC, etc.‎) and to any housing and architectural requirement, guaranteeing impeccable cleanliness and finish.‎ Type 2" wall section Installation of PIVOT concealed roller shutters with 80 mm external thermal cladding with anchorage bracket supplied In the case of thermal cladding installation, thanks to the two types of enclosed enlargers, L-tubular (A), it is possible to adapt the PIVOT to any type of counterframe and in any position of the latter with respect to the wall.‎ Type 3" wall section Installation of PIVOT concealed roller shutter door with 200 mm external thermal insulation with stainless steel bracket In order to meet the most extreme requirements in the field of energy saving, we have created a special stainless steel anchoring bracket system to allow the PIVOT system to be used even with a 200 mm thick thermal insulation.‎ For even greater thicknesses, we proceed with the design and dimensioning of the anchor bolts on an estimate basis.‎
