The TANGĀLI comfort armchair, as its name suggests, is a comfortable lounge chair that comes with cushions for the back and seat.‎ Related to the TANGĀLI modular chair in its form, the TANGĀLI comfort chair is wider and roomier.‎ In the words of INODA+SVEJE, "The modular chair is more of conversation seating or social seating, to sit with friends and have a drink.‎ The comfort chair is a real lounge chair on which you can sit back and relax, with an ottoman to go with it".‎ The padded cushions for the Comfort Chair are made with hand-spun cotton fabric, with foam and wadding inside.‎ Wood finish: Natural Teak / Dark Stain  Weave type: Wrap around weave Fabric: Andamans / Taboga Dove Having seen the level of skill and dexterity of our cane weavers during their first visit in 2017, INODA+SVEJE pushed our weavers to make patterns that are not traditional to Indian furniture that is now the signature style of the TANGĀLI collection.‎ The contours of the pieces in this collection are completely shaped by hand.‎ We decided to name the collection after the cool monsoon breeze that accompanied their visit to Bangalore - TANGĀLI means cool breeze in the Kannada language (spoken locally in Bangalore where the Phantom Hands workshop is based).‎   Further info from manufacturer on TANGĀLI Phantom Hands
