The Defender range is extended with the innovative single-sided adjustment and fixing system: a new ally in the most complex installation situations, particularly where access from both sides of the system is not possible.‎ Not only does the new profile remain as minimalist as the rest of the range, but it even allows the performance of the glass to be increased by the continuous support seal on the outer side.‎ All aluminium profiles are protected with 20 micron anodisation or HPQ painting for high durability even in aggressive environments.‎ The profiles with load-bearing function are supplied pre-drilled with 200 mm pitch to be ready for installation.‎ On request, the company offers the possibility of making profiles with additional holes or cut to size for each project.‎ The innovative glass accommodation and adjustment system consists of pre-assembled clamps made of high-performance composite plastics, which include a movable ferrule mechanism to activate the glass adjustment devices acting solely from the inside.‎ In addition, the new modular design of the clamping systems allows glass of different thicknesses to be installed without changing the system.‎ Further info from manufacturer on DEFENDER 810 MR Saint-Gobain - Logli
